Come home to your body.

Movement for empathic women in midlife

Our Approach

A slower, nervous system led practice for sensitive, capable women who are tired of pushing through. If you have spent years being the strong one, your body has been keeping the score. Maybe you are moving through burnout. A career you are quietly leaving. A late diagnosis that reframed your whole life. This practice is for the empathic, the sensitive, the wired differently. For women in midlife who are done forcing themselves into shapes that were never theirs.

The Practice

Teaching a tired nervous system that it is safe to rest.

This is not about touching your toes or holding a perfect line. I weave together yoga, Pilates, qi gong, breathwork, somatic release, and lymphatic movement into one practice that meets your body where it actually is.

Some days that is slow and restorative. Some days it is a grounded, steady flow. Always it is permission to soften.

Guided by a 200 hour yoga teacher certification, training as a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, an ICF coaching credential, and certifications in meditation, breath, and somatic practice.

About Christine

Boardroom meets the altar.

I spent twenty five years in corporate sales and marketing before I walked away in 2017, following an awakening I could not ignore. Sober since 2021, and finally diagnosed with ADHD at fifty two, I came to understand my own sensitivity not as a flaw but as the whole point.

Now I teach the practice I once needed. I know what it is to live in overdrive, and I know the long way back to a body that feels like home.
